We mended workwear before we made it. For three years we patched Carhartt, Pointer, and French chore coats in a shop on SE Division. We learned where seams fail, why pockets rip, and why most “heritage” brands feel good on the hanger and bad at the bench.

So we patterned our own. One block that fits shoulders, not mannequins. One fabric family. No seasonal color drops. When something wears out, you send it back — we repair it. That’s the business: make fewer things, keep them longer.
