Coffee with a known origin. We source, roast, and ship single-origin coffees with full traceability from producer to cup.
A washed Caturra from Huila, Colombia. Clean, bright, and structured.
High-altitude farms in the Colombian Andes produce some of the most complex coffees in the world. Huila's volcanic soil and microclimates create conditions for extraordinary sweetness and clarity.
A family-owned farm managed by the Velasco family. Production is small-lot, hand-picked, and processed at origin. Each harvest is cupped and scored before selection.
Cherries are depulped, fermented for 18–24 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds. The washed process produces a clean, transparent cup with pronounced acidity.
We roast to reveal what the origin already contains.
Each coffee is roasted to a specific profile developed through repeated cupping sessions. We do not apply a single roast style across all origins. The roast serves the coffee, not the other way around.
Every bag ships with full traceability. Origin, producer, process, variety, altitude, and roast date. No exceptions.
