Operations Philosophy

Freight doesn’t disappear between departure and arrival.

Terminal 17 is built around visibility at the point of work. Loads move through a regional exchange only when the routing record, dock assignment, crew state, and departure window agree.

Regional routing keeps long-haul movement legible. Dock coordination connects the paper plan to the physical door. Dispatch operations resolve exceptions without hiding them behind dashboards or abstractions.
